Krispy Arepas Flaxseed Flavor

Our arepas are made following a family recipe that has been passed from generation to generation with a process that ensures an arepa that is always fresh, easy and quick to prepare.

Preparation:

• Air Fryer: Remove arepa from freezer and place in air fryer for 15 minutes at a temperature of 400*.
• Oven: Remove arepa from freezer and place in preheated oven at 400*/Bake for 15-20 minutes.
• Skillet or Griddle: Remove arepa from freezer, grease surface and place arepa for a few minutes and flip.

NOTE: Our arepas are pre-cooked so the preparation is to give the desired consistency to the outside shell.
